2010–2023 GX460 with rear coil springs · Last verified
How do I lift a coil-spring Lexus GX460?
Before you order
I'd build a GX460 lift on Bilstein 5100 shocks with lift springs. Over about 2", plan on upper control arms to get the alignment back in spec.

Bilstein 5100
The shock I'd build a lift on. Pair it with lift springs.
Field notesuspensionlifts.com has a great all-four-corners package with the 5100s already assembled.
Good
- Tighter control on and off road
- Choose spring rates for added weight like a steel bumper, winch or drawers
Watch for
- You can buy them pre-assembled with the springs or as loose parts. Pre-assembled costs a little more but saves install time. Ask your mechanic which they'd rather work with
- Front shocks stay on the bottom setting when the springs provide the lift. Raising them can damage the suspension and void the warranty
- Over about 2", plan on upper control arms
- Front shock
- Bilstein 24-328258
- Rear shock
- Bilstein 33-313146
